Import /actions/openapi.yaml and point the privacy URL at /privacy/.

Verify wizard-fortress.com and www.wizard-fortress.com for the Builder Profile. Tenant SSO is a separate TXT.
Fail closed
No /v1/execute. No auto-approve. No provider fallback. Local Ara stays on the tower.

Local product law still holds: models propose, Ara controls, one primary, journal before write. Re-audit after every change.
